Oh, fer cryin' out loud! lol You mean it might end up being a month, before they even ship it to us? Well that just bites the big one. I never got that email, at all. It definitely had them on site, I put it in my cart and checked out with it.
Bummer. So here's my situation as is... This is just a big rant, but dang it... I'd think it was funny if it wasn't happening to ME! lol I had an ego, a vv box, and a mini 3.7v box. Mini 3.7v died (loose wire, will get fixed eventually but I dont have the soldering iron to do it), vv box is mostly useless since batteries are dying, and its an irregular size that won't fit 9 out of 10 identical batts by same manufacturer. Friend of mine is gonna measure it w calipers and try to get me some batts that fit.. but again, right now, its useless.
So down to the ego, at whopping 3.2 v. I huffed madly on that thing for 3 weeks, trying to figure out what to buy. Was gonna get lava, but then wallet got stolen and I had to wait for new cards. In the meantime, I see all this great stuff about the new GS-sub aka Vision tox vv. Awesome oled screen and changeable size tubes, but vv function near identical to lava tube. Only bummer about it is its only in black right now. So went ahead and got one of those kits $69 at litecigs. Get tox, and I've got one of the first run ones from Green Sound manufacturers... the controller heads of unit (where all the vv functionality is) are malfunctioning, and a few bad ones were sent to vendors. I've got one of the bad ones. So now have a glitchy funny controller, which hits a max of about 4v, and doesn't fire half the time till I get replacement controller from litecigs.
While waiting, I figure what the hell... they're getting stainless lava tubes back in stock at apollo, go ahead and order one of those, in the stainless reg size (since my tox has a mini tube w 18350 or larger with 18500... I can make it mini if I need to), just so I can decide once and for all if I like the tox or lava better. If the lava ends up not thrilling me, I can send it back. If the Tox doesn't get replaced with perfect head, I can send it back... And now the brouhaha with another month delay on stainless steel lava... And just about 5 hours ago, I found out that some of the replacement controller heads STILL aren't reaching voltage with the Tox... so might have to wait another few weeks for the second replacement on that (if the first one ever shows up.
So I have 2 pv's die.. buy two more that are much much better... one is faulty, one has extended backorder, so now I'm out the $ for two, and am STILL stuck vaping at 4v.. after weeks of research etc. Now does that bite it, or what? rofl My vaping karma must be out of whack, but seriously... that just stinks. Ok, off soapbox... thanks for listening to rant.
