I've had one of my apple carts do the same thing... I've yet to try the others in the box to see if they're ok.

No you don't send them back, he takes you at your word. Just let Steve know next time you order and he will more then make you smile.

And you don't even have to order much! One box of carts or bottle of liquid. It's to get it in the ordering and shipping system, really.

I had the dried out problem too, with a few of the english tofee 18 mg carts, a few red cow 18 mg carts, and a few banana carts (18 mg too) I didn't put anything in my other topic cuz I didn't wanna seem like a whiny customer lol.

Now this is interesting.
Because I don't know how many carts will be dried up within 20 puffs.

I have a box of 10 X 5 carts of the M'boro.
Do I have to try all of them?
Then order one box, and claim the other 50 were dried out?
Do I have to place an order to have them replaced?

Well its gets intense when you drop 85 bucks on carts and they last 20 30 hits! I wouldnt have said anything either but it seems the entire batch I bought has been dried out. Either that or China is saving costs by filling them less and cheating Steve and the boys.

I just inspected a few of my red cow carts, they look completely empty inside.... just like blank cartos.

I also noticed I am getting virtually 0 vapor from all the carts exept 11mg menthol.

The original menthols seem to be ok... not lasting a super long time but better than the CB's and with WAAAAY more vapor!

I'm sorry to say that you're not the only ones. I just received a large order of carts and planned on the batch lasting quite a while?? First few out of the hat, one from several different flavors - Mboro, Coffee, Bud - have been dry, weak on vapor and completely off kilter from what I received before. I've even tried them on 3 different batteries, etc. My refills are doing better! Not good.

Guys, I am still working on this, but believe me I have been giving our manufacturer a loud angry earfull, and they are having a big meeting right now about this with all their managers and engineers.

We will get to the bottom of this, and get it fixed, and in the meantime, as always, just let us know in the comments on your next order, and we will do whatever it takes to get you smilin again.

And FreshnWild, yours is just the latest of the many posts I have copied and sent to our manufacturer tonight. They are going to hear each and every complaint we do!

In fact, Steve just dropped a wad of change buying me a Macbook Pro so I will be able to do video processing and uploading from China!

So, I'll try to keep an ongoing video travel diary going while I'm there.

And I don't doubt for a second this will all get sorted out. I agree with Luma, I think they might be filling them less hoping it doesnt get noticed -.-

Ok, an update. I have been weighing carts, and several flavors from the new batch weigh around .2g less than carts from earlier batches.

From refilling and weighing empty carts, it seems like part of this batch was filled with around .6-.7ml. 8-o

But not all of the carts, some of each flavor were fine, some were light. About half of my Coffee, for example, were actually a bit heavier than usual.


I only had a few samples from the last batch, so I can't give you a complete list of affected flavors, sorry. And like I said, they weren't all light in each flavor anyway.


We will get to the bottom of this, and there will be changes made to make sure this will not happen again!

It is good to know you are on it. I had some Margarita and Congac that seemed to go dry rather quickly and I notice more on those because you don't have the juice to refill them, so when they go dry they just go bye (sad wave)...

I noticed that some, not all of my new cartos dry out faster. Mostly in the coffee ones I got, but a couple of my banana cream pies have burnt out fast. I have just topped them off with banana juice, so still good to go but yeah, the odd carto in various flavors do seem to be underfilled. Oddly enough - every coffee one I have vaped has bit the dust early, lasting about half what they normally do. One tasted burnt after like 10 vapes.

Glad you guys are on this because I know how much it bugs Steve to get bad stuff!
