Hey Paul, just for future reference, please don't mention other vendors on this thread due to silly rules. It is better off PM'ing them.
I think I am going to go ahead and do that myself with the two half bottles, either that or just open the unopened one and fill the other two to capacity and have one big batch of deliciousness in two separate bottles by pouring the 20 into the 10 then halving it between the two and filling them up with 20 to even everything out completely so it is all the same

So we're can you find cutter at? Just filled my IHY with the newest batch of full strength and good lawd and baby jebus this stuff is strong. Aside from toning it down a bit I'd love to stretch it out....

Depends what you're trying to cut...
Cutter (and we're not entirely sure if it will be available again), is basically full strength (flavor) no nic pluid, meant to "cut" the nic without flavor loss.
If you mean the flavor is too strong, you can cut with unflavored 50/50 PG/VG which is what the reduced strength is.

I have seen that Murdock said he was mixing up a batch of cutter last week; He also said that this batch of cutter was special and had different levels? Not sure what that means as far as the different levels goes
