mad vapes box mod kit

Looking at box mod kits that say "aa battery box". Do these take standard mod batteries or do I need rechargeable aa's???

They take 14500 Li-Ion batteries. These little box mods work great, I used the one I built for months, it was my first step up from a 510 battery. Good choice for a mod.
