Mad Vapes going down hill or do they just hate me?

Over the past 3 months, I've made seven orders with mad vapes and spent almost $600. The first couple of orders were sent without issues... complete and fast. But lately (since about the middle of October?) they have been incomplete with miscounted items, and extremely slow to send. Submitting a "ticket" is a good exercise in patience as it usually takes over a day (sometimes two or three) for a response. Is this happening to anyone else, or do they just have some unspoken hate for me? (I really like their selection and quality of product, but I can't handle the inconsistency)

Naw-- we don't hate anyone, well except for that one guy :)

Some growing pains as you could imagine and we've been working to iron out fulfillment issues. The past two weeks have been extremely busy and did et a little behind with orders. We finally implemented a new scanning system to scan order contents right before they are shipped, to make sure that they are complete and correct. There was a bit of a learning curve but now that it all appears to be working, we can ship 500+ orders per day and hopefully we won't get back-logged anymore.

We recently started working on some Saturdays also so we not so backed up on Monday.

I'm really can't respond to the ticket thing too much without seeing them but we have 3-4 people working on them during the day, except for the weekends, so you should get a response at least by next business day if you log a ticket at night and usually same day of logged during business hours.

Can't thank you enough wulfie and everyone else for sticking with us as we work to improve the service we provide.

Mmmmkay... gave you another chance... recieved another order with items missing... brings the tally to only 25% of orders placed since August 2011 being correct. Sighs... I guess you are telling me something. As respected as you are within this community, I do hope that you get your quality control issues ironed out. Personally, though, it is not worth the frustration level to keep using you as a supplier.

Just received a large order, for me anyway. (I stopped vaping for a while and just came back to it, so I had a lot to order.) All was in there. As long as you put in a ticket they will fix it if something is wrong. Still the best company all around, and any issues promptly taken care of. I always liked the little extras, can't beat that! :) :)

Wow sorry to hear about your bad luck..But don't give up on them. I've had a few issues in the past but if you give them a chance and some extra patience they'll do you right. They will never leave a person high and dry.. They will resolve the issue. I myself have noticed a lot of positives. Better inventory,faster shipping and as always will fill requests if asked. I really can't say anything negative at this point. The problems I had in the past are just that... in the past..I hope MV gets this resolved quickly and I hope you don't give up on them.. They seem to run an honest buisness and not price raping like a lot if other places..P.S. They sent me a sample of bubblegum I requested.. and I LOVE IT! and just received my 50ml :) . You see because they gave me a sample I now bought 50ml and will buy more after that's done .. I'm just glad MV understands thus business model .. and that's why I post here and tell others .. They deserve it..(OK now send me some free stuff ;) ) jk

I have only ordered from them once about two weeks ago. I am happy to say that I recieved my items with in three days and it was all correct. Not to mention, everything worked and I will be placing another order in a few minutes. I do hope things improve for you. I always look so forward to getting new items that is disappointing when you don't get the new vaping utensil or it is DOA.
 
They're sending the missing items out... (prolly at the end of the week, with my luck). Free stuff... samples... ??? I prolly doan get those because they spent the budget on sending out missed items. At least I'll get what I paid for. Will have to start looking elsewhere for parts for my mods... looking overseas makes me mutter though.

I also suffer from the "Hoogie hate" syndrome :) ...although mine have been accurate since the barcoding was implemented. I was at only 2 out of 6 (your welcome to all the people whose orders were correct...that was me taking them for the team) before the barcoding. In the end I settled for knowing that I was getting a good product at the right price. They always make it right so I just know that I need to order before I need it so if I have to wait on a second box I will still get it before I am out of something. I have also never been the "Got extras in my box" guy either although I have checked the "please send me an MV flashlight" box many times. My last order of 25 or so 50 ml bottles, PG VG and DT's and carto's (around 250$) was spot on correct. Still ticked about some batteries I got...but oh well...we live and learn right...

The only problem I had was I thought I had a bad battery. I put a ticket in and they quickly responded but it turned out to be a bad charger that I bought from a different vendor. I've placed gobs of orders from MV and haven't had any issues. Maybe start putting a note in the message box and ask for them to double check your order before shipping out. Some vendors have another person check them over before mailing due to human error...2 sets of eyes are better than one.
