Over the past 3 months, I've made seven orders with mad vapes and spent almost $600. The first couple of orders were sent without issues... complete and fast. But lately (since about the middle of October?) they have been incomplete with miscounted items, and extremely slow to send. Submitting a "ticket" is a good exercise in patience as it usually takes over a day (sometimes two or three) for a response. Is this happening to anyone else, or do they just have some unspoken hate for me? (I really like their selection and quality of product, but I can't handle the inconsistency)
