My order included a factory defect. When I notified mad vapes using their ticket system I was told to ship it back at MY expense. This item was cramed into a tiny box along with the juice I ordered. It contained no istructions or ant paper work from the manufacture, I ordered a Mega Sit and Go 510 Pass RThrough, the type with a detachable inline battery. The battery won't take a charge.

Don't order this item from mad vapes. I won't be ordering anything at all from Mad Vapes unless they just send me another one that works.

There's no use bashing them on here I'm sure there is alot of satisfied customer's here on the forum.Have you tried calling them before coming on here posting negative thread's,I mean this is their lively hood.Hoogie and co-worker's have alway's went above and beyond to help me out if something wasn't right and sure they will you if you go about it the right way.Got to remember most of this stuff come's from china through mass production and your going to have dud's.Give them a chance and they will make it right.

some times things are bad from the factory, they usally test everything B4 it goes out, but like all humans, mistakes are made. I have had nothing but great customer service from them and it will only cost a couple of bucks to send back (I recently had a bad batt, and put it in a reg envelope and it cost $1.21 to send it) they will replace it and might even send you something extra for your trouble. Madvapes has the best customer service and prices out there IMO

Geo started another thread that hit well over 300 posts until an admin shut it down (like 20min ago). Most of it just him rampaging on MadVapes junk this and China junk that and vowing to let everyone know about it. Then, of course, people being people a lot of us started pokin at him about all the ridiculousness. Then....he started taking it personally. Fun was over.

If you click on his name and view his previous post it seems like all he does is complain. I have an online business and I require the customer to pay postage on any returned items. I believe most business do. I have no problems with MadVapes. They did mess up on one of my orders but I went through the proper channels and it was resolved within days.

+1 for MadVapes Customer Service.

I ordered a RoughStack from MadVapes. When I received it, it did not work. When I took it apart, the spring was totally disconnected. It was a bit of time before I got the request from MV to send it back. Well they then offered me a refund or replacement. Ofcourse I took the replacement. I am very glad I did. This RoughStack works like a charm, and is very rugged. It has fallen out of my pocket at work onto sometimes concrete floors. It hasn't stopped. I even use it to stealth vape when out and about because of it's size. No one is perfect, but MV made it right.

I restrained myself from making any posts in the previous thread this person posted but I must pipe up here.First off Mad Vapes is a supplier I've had nothing but good products from and most of the suppliers here on ECF are good ones.From what I've read this gentleman is not happy without something to complain about.He may have had some bad transactions abet perhaps more than most folk;but I see an unchanging pattern of nitpicking and a percieved sence of entitilement from him.If a defective product is purchased do we not return it for refund or exchange?I have never seen gas money for the ride to the store included with a refund so why would'nt one expect to pay postage to return an item?While I do sincerely hope this person is able to quit analougs by any means to give him a longer healthy life,I believe he is getting enjoyable attention by posting as he has in ECF.Please don't continue to clutter this forum with your inflamitory complaints;This forum and the members here saved me from a 40 year ,2ppd habit and have become a loving supportive family to me as I have no doubt they would be to you also if your attitude changes.I will pray that God leads you to whatever it is you truely are seeking/needing in your life.

MadVapes has gone over and beyond for me when I made the mistake. People need to calm down and think about it before they try to bash a company (which I am sure is someone's lifeline). In the beginning when I was just getting started I ordered almost everything from him and the service has been awesome. He answers every questions I have even when it isn't specificly related to something I got from him. A+ to MadVapes!

So what's the postage on a sit-n-go passthrough $1.20 or something? I have had nothing but great service from Mad Vapes and don't think I'll quit using them because of someone who complains about everything.

I've placed a lot of orders with MV over the past 6 months, to the tune of about $500. I've built at least a dozen box mods and quite a few "unique" mods as well, and MV is my go-to shop for mod parts and PV supplies. With all those orders, I've only had two minor packing mixups and both were rectified by MV immediately.

Mistakes happen. Manufacturing defects happen. The difference between a good supplier and a bad supplier is how they handle those mistakes. Asking you to pay for return shipping (<$2) for a manufacturer defect is perfectly reasonable. You're not going to find many online retailers who are willing to pay return shipping. There are plenty of retailers that would give you the runaround for weeks or possibly not offer to help you at all. MV is acting professionally and you are not being mistreated in any way.

If it were a store front you would have to get in the car and return it in order to get your money back or one that worked. Using more gas and more time and wear and tear on your car. Shipping is cheaper.
