I been working here at madvapes for only two months now. The way Mark(hoogie) runs this company is by far the best I've seen in awhile. Better than local stores would do for you. Bashing on us will not give us a reason to say "Well he wants to do this and bash on us on ECF, in that case we will blow him off". Regardless of what people say or what people do we treat each and every customer equally. If Geo filed a ticket and was willing to send back the passthrough we will send one back right after I open his package. Even throw a little sample of juice for the inconvience. We have a lot of loyal/repeating customers and would hate to lose one over something we can easily fix. To those who backed us up thank you! People like you keep us wanting to come to work everyday.. Been a customer of Hoog's for about a year now. I rate madvapes as one of the two top companies I've dealt with, and I've ordered from a lot of places.
Let me guess....youre the guy who told my 17 year old daughter she was a POS because the cook didn't get your steak the way you ordered it. Does it feel good to make a young girl cry over nothing? How about attacking a retailer BEFORE they have a chance to fix a problem?
I actually found him quite entertaining and helpful. I mean....literally 100's of response posts praising MadVapes, ECF, ECF members and e-cigs in general. I'm gonna miss the grumpy ........
