I ordered a few 16340's from mad vapes last Sunday night. When they got to me, I found that two of the six wouldn't hold a charge. Not the end of the world since I had others that worked, but I shot a trouble ticket off to them on Thursday night.
It's now Monday, and I just received two new (hopefully) working batteries. Hassle free and fast. You can't ask much more from any vendor.
