I wonder how much a hand made American carto would cost....
Like 80 bucks !!!
Uh, you can by a carto-shaped RBA that will fit right into an IBT tank for about $78. It's made in Greece, not the US, but that's still a first-world country, and thus China-free. In fact, one might argue that Greece is the birthplace of western civilization...

I've been assured by the media that Greece is full of lazy bums who don't want to work and deserve to be kicked out of the EU. Are you saying that's not true?

Uh, but that's a RBA not a cartomizer.

I am with the original poster. I want to go Sino-free in my vaping too. If I add up all the money I have spent on Chinese stuff, with only modest satisfaction, I could have bought some really nice quality stuff. For now, I am stuck with a mod with a cracked control head, tanks that leak, tanks that burn at 1/2 full, and a drawer of replacement heads that are a coin toss.

My money, which I should be able to spend it as I wish. More transparency on origin is a good thing.

As for Americans not willing to work, the Chinese do not want to work either. That is why they lock them in the factory. And make them work 80 hours a week - they are too tired to run away.

Lots of silly responses to an honest question.

Juice wise I would check out Ahlusion. I know Wlad does his own extractions for flavors, not sure where his base nic is from. Read the website then check out the thread I am linking below. There are a lot of seasoned vapers that frequent the thread from beginning to current. Lots of tobacco talk too, if you are a tobacco person. I never worry about the quality of my juice or the consistency from them.

I am trying to go China free in my vaping. Can anyone tell me where the Kayfun lite and the Russian 91 are manufactured and also what vendors sell juice whose contents are free of Chinese Garbage...I want my money to stay in the US.

I respect the Chinese for inventing this awesome hobby and lifestyle changer, and for allowing others that cannot spend a lot to get some decent vape gear. But I too am tired of the inconsistent quality control, blatant stealing, and copying that comes out of China.

I am almost done with China. I am sure my canthal for my rebuilds probably comes from there but everything else is US or Europe. Once I get my King, Nemesis, or similar mech, I can give my Chi You clone to a buddy and be done for good.

Its great to see other people wanting to buy "made in USA". I haven't stepped foot in a Walmart for at least 2 years now. Almost all my shopping is done online. And its the main reason I own Provaris.
I still cant find a decent place to buy jeans made in the usa. I've tried many and so far none of them fit worth a darn.

That would require higher prices for consumers and/or lower wages for American workers.

Thats a slippery slope.

1) Chinese copy US/European designs, sell them for a fraction
2) People looking to save a buck buy these stolen designs
3) Original manufacturers either go out of business or increase prices to keep up with decreased sales due to the imports
4) Chinese make more money, and hire more workers to pump out even more copies

If people made the decision to buy as much American/equivalent goods then the market could self correct. But unfortunately, there are people that spent $2000-$3000 a year on smoking who are supporting China just to save $30 or something (claiming they cant afford the real deal- which is BS im guessing most of the time). Its our own fault sadly.
