Just ordered 30ml's of Custards Last Stand today. Based on the remarks I've read all over the vapersphere, this stuff sure seems like it's all that and a bag of marbles! Can't wait to try it!

i don't have a lot of experience with 'creamy' flavors. I know taste is very subjective, but what's the most common starting point for power with CLS? 10w?

Depends on how you like to vape, I vape CLS in my Reo at 20+ watts daily and love it.

Agree with above. It is all personal taste. Just remember the longer it steeps the better it will get.

vaping mine right now on a .9 ohm dual coil in a trident. MMMM MMMM good.

To be honest give it a try out of the box, then give it a try after a couple of week and finally get ready to place a really big order

That's the best advice out there. I have my favorites tucked away that get shaken every few days until my current bottles run low. A nice big order every month or so will ensure you don't run out.

Hiya Rob, I normally vape CLS around 10 watts in a kayfun, which really brings out the flavor, it is good fresh, but really comes alive when steeped for a few weeks, same goes for the Creme Brulee.

What I want to tell you is... Just go ahead and order a backup 50ml right now. But that sounds crazy. Actually.. probably not so crazy to most of us, but I can understand how it would to you. Honestly, Id say the moment you vape CLS and you approve of it, Id go ahead and order a 50 of CLS and Crème Brulee. That's the best advice I can give. That way you can get some steepage going, and you can introduce yourself to the amazingness that is CB, and the also the majestic mixture of the two together.

Other than that.....You've come to the right place, and Vape on, brother!

On the wattage front - I'd challenge you to vape it as high and as hot as you can - burning well steeped CLS is really a challenge if you have a nice dripper.

In terms of what's "typical" - I'd wager 8-12 watts - if you are still on stock heads, get the lower resistance coils if possible. (fishing here, don't know what you are vaping on, I'll figure all that out soon enough if you stick around)

I hope it lives up to the 'hype' - what's your order #, Nic level, etc? CLS is rolling out with a healthy pre-steep on it, but 18 is out of this world (mixed in Jan!). 6mg has a tendency to turn over faster, so it's only got 3 weeks on it. That said... if it hits fresh and you think "wow, great vape - AND - inexpensive enough to put it in the ADV rotation"... 100ml minimum, maybe 200ml (depending on how many other liquids are in the rotation). If it hits fresh, it's blow your mind after a nice deep steep. Of course I am spoiled as all get out, but I don't touch the stuff until it has a minimum of 90 days on it... my 6mg looks darker than some most 18mg bottles that go out. 12mg and 18mg will get so dark they look like molasses.

I'm strictly "rebuildable" now, running Squapes or Kayfuns on ProVari's most of the day (in the 12-14w range) and adding a Vicious Ant Cyclone on a mech in the evenings. Sometimes I'll run the mech down to 0.5Ω when I want to fog up the family room and make things smell good for the wife

I'm really looking forward to trying CLS! Now that I have some background, I'll certainly put a few ml's through the paces early and get a good deep steep on the balance.

I can't speak to the Squape because I don't own one personally, but I am in the minority that doesn't particularly like the bakery vapes in the Kayfun. I much prefer the dripper. Someone will inevitably stumble through and tell me I am losing it because I know there are a ton of people who love love love CLS in the KFL, R91, etc... part of my problem is that I like Gravity and BG in the KFL/R91 so much that the bakery vapes never see those devices (so I haven't really messed with them other than initial testing). *looking @ CLS notes* I did run a couple tanks of CLS through the KFL+ on the Provari and I scratched out 1.1/3.4-3.7... usually that means it went to pot at 3.8, YMMV. I do remember it was a vertical coil, and at that point I was still new to the Kayfun so I was over-packing the well with cotton. LOL

I agree Be Mine, WIR and CB WE are my unicorn juices. I'm not gonna vape them till I have a damn good reason Plus this is an older pic, got 200 mls of Hummingbird

I'm currently vaping Naki's mix 50% CLS 50% CB in a Kanger Aerotank fully opened and vaping at 11W. I'm using a stock 1.8 coil. It's warm, creamy, and has huge fluffy custard clouds. I second the 50ml. backup suggestion.
