Made my mind up, but one more question before I make the plunge!

That's a good starter kit. There's a few cheaper ones if you're truly trying to be economical, but it's basically the same thing just with a smaller mod/battery. As far a juice goes, I'd definitely recommend either kickbassvapor or namberjuice as the best cost to quality ratio liquid that I know of. They both have great flavors and I'd be happy to recommend some of my favorite flavors if you want.

Look for a two-battery kit (and something better than CE4 clearos)... Kanger changeable coil clearomizers (T3, eVod) are far superior, easier to use and cheaper in the long run--you only need to replace the coils, not the whole clearomizer.

Buy the best kit you can afford--if you buy cheap stuff, you'll end up paying more down the road.

There are MANY quality eliquid venders out there. just go to the general eliquid forum section and start reading. Tons and tons of options await you.

As far as your kit goes. I have never had an ego type before, but there are many in this forum who swear by the twist and spinner batteries. And as ocelot said, you would be best served having a second battery, no matter what route you go.

Good luck to you, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. There are a lot of people in here with a vast wealth of information to help you out.

What's the difference between the ego twist and vision spinner? I keep reading about the twist and how that's the battery. Don't eyes me wrong, I'm new here and what to make a great first purchase!

They are two versions, by different manufacturers, of the same variable voltage eGo-class battery. Twist is made by Joyetech, Spinner by Vision. Pick the one you like best.

The battery is the long piece. It's a built in battery. The twist and spinner part is the same as far as it changes the voltage. I'm with everyone else, get two. Either one is a good first purchase. Some people like the spinner because the numbers are larger on it so it's easier to see when changing the voltage.

The batteries are very similar - both are variable voltage, but the Spinner is a little thicker and the voltage indicator is on the body, rather than the knob. Each one has its fans.

The Spinner is easier to read and adjust. Otherwise, functionally, they are the same.

The CE4 is a true disposable. You can't change the coil when its life is over.

Ocelot's dead on with "backup" - you don't want to fall off the wagon waiting for your one and only battery to charge. The mentioned MVS kit, with two batteries, is a good option, and lets you get two different top ends to try, as well.
