Made myself a travel friendly rebuilding bag!

So, I was getting a bit weary of carrying a large ziplock bag full of spare parts, kanthal, cotton, and handy rebuilding tools. While I was browsing Muji after adding a bag of their organic cotton pads to my cart, I came across this hanging, travel case meant for holding toiletries. Here's what I made of it!



And folded up:



It fits right in the large purse I lug to work every day. The mesh on the top section is pretty handy for a kanthal spool. I threaded the end out so that I don't need to actually remove the spool to cut a piece from it. There are elastic slots in the bottom for bottles of liquid, tools, etc... No more ziploc bag!

That's pretty neat. I may need to start looking for a vape type bag myself. I am buying new stuff all the time. The collection is bigger every month heh.

I use an external hard drive carrier thingy for mine. It's big enough to fit a spare mech and two 18650 batts, two 30ml bottles, all my tools and wire and a few cotton balls.

My purse is as big as a back pack (needed one large enough for my makeup, mods, and iPad), so this fits in fine.

My backpack has a solar panel attached to it that plugs into a battery pack so I can charge stuff while I"m camping, should work nicely for my Mvp when I get it

Very good Idea. Ive been looking around for something just havent made a the big decision yet. Maybe a small camera case or hard plastic tackle box. Just something for juice and to keep my rebuild tools and supplies in.

There is no shortage of bags that will hold everything we need.
Got back friday from 2 weeks away from home. This held everything I needed.

We need bags, we get no pockets! My jeans pockets are useless, even a bank card sticks out at the top...my 2 year old little boy can fit the old house phone (now toy) in his jeans, not a chance it would go in mine.

This plain, black, bag should be guy friendly too. Small enough to fit in a back pack. Also, that mesh really IS handy. I just pull out the part of kanthal I left hanging out. Don't need to remove the spool at all. When it's opened up, there's a hook to hang it up, and I hang it on a hook in the garage above the work table where I'm building coils.

Not usually, but I've done a couple at work. I have my own office, and I often take lunch at my desk. What I do during my lunch hour is my business. It's actually the best time to do it. I'm closer to 40 then I am to 30, and by a certain time at night I'm starting to find that it's a struggle to focus my eyes on tiny coils. I can't build coils while the kids are still up, so I need to wait until they're in bed. I'm away for long enough at work, so when I get home I like to just focus on the kids before they're in bed.
