ive seen people make these before with the AAA size 10440's.. i wondered if it was possible to use with a 14500 for the extended battery life, and this is what i came up with..

I'm looking at mine and some 14500's and they won't go..
Guessing you sanded out the inside old switch bar thingy and those plastic ridges that run down it?

Yeah, took out the components and bored the hole out to fit a 14500.. then had to do the negative to the micro switch so it would fit.

This looks like one hubby would love... he has a small box mod from Mad vapes, we both do, with 14500 batts, and we love those, but this one would be so easy for him to carry and hold, and we have the flashlights and a bunch of connectors.
I will have take a look and play with it and get back to you if we have any questions.

No problem. As far as how it is working, so far so good.. there are still a couple things i want to fix to make it nicer looking though.
