MadVapes DOA policy I feel let down.

OK so I got three atomizers from madvapes to high voltage 1 standard, I tried them out on a new VV mod I picked up at the same time. All three light up like Christmas lights at the lowest voltages and gave off a nasty burned taste. So I didn't know if maybe I burned them out with the VV box or what so I contacted support. They said they were likely bad atomizers and game me reward points equivalent to $7.50 so naturally I am happy they are working it out. However $7.50 is not enough to replace three dead atomizers so I asked for them to replace them or give me enough points to replace them. At that point they stopped responding, I even asked another question about my VV box heating up and received no responses. I know they are busy, with the holidays and what not but the least they can do after 4 days is respond to me with a no.

I have used madvapes now for over a year exclusively, their prices are great their shipping time has always been on target, I have never had any reason to complain until now, I even offered to send the old ones back with a self addressed postage paid return envelope and let them tell me if its just something I am doing.

I just feel let down

I will reply here as to keep this process open I have also replied to the ticket as well. First thank you for the credit on the second atomizer the third atomizer is not the lost one i bought, it is from the 510 box kit that I bought with the package. Also If the atomizer is glowing red after 8 drops? thats still dry, I guess I just don't understand, I have never had an issue like this.
