I purchased a roughstack from MV and it wouldn't fire consistently. It has been over three weeks now since I returned it to madvapes. Item was Delivered to MV on july 9th. I have sent in multiple tickets asking about the problem. Everytime I'm told it will be taken care of but nothing else is done. I understand they might be busy and I am totally okay with that but almost a month of waiting is just ridiculous. madvapes has been one of my go to sites for almost everything so I'm truly suprised and let down with the actions of them handling this return.
