If you remove the battery, and then put it back, does it remain on the same wattage you had it set on before you took the battery out? If so, then it's a V2

It's probably a V2 anyway, surely it's new stock there because they get a lot of business I'm sure.

Yes, its a Vamo, and its version 2. Not all version 2 Vamos remember the watts settings, btw. The metal buttons came out on the version 2 Vamos. They've has these in stock for a while now. i was one of the people who emailed them when they first listed it as vv only - they didn't realise it was a Vamo either at first.
kiwivap, myself and probably others grilled them on this 'til they took one out and tried it. It's a Vamo. Would have been nice to get a "thanks" for clueing them in that it was more than just a VV unit.
