Youtube DIY magnetic stirplate and thats how I made mine. I got the same black DIY box you can get at a electronics store but I've had mine kicking around for years. 12 volt power supply, automotive(12 volt) switch, comp fan and a hardrive magnet and you on your way.
Thanks! I'll check it out, I'm wondering if I could use something like this for larger volumes like 500ml and up.

What is it made from? Looks very effective.

Just a project box containing a computer fan and variable dc power ( 3 to 12 volts ). Yes, very simple, quiet, and effective. I don't like heating my juice, or any other "magic" to steep it. A good mix and some time works best for me.

I used a coffee pot a and it maintained 160 degrees so I put some juice into it and left it for a couple hours then let it cool on the counter, within a couple months my juice turned to YUK, super dark and off tasting, that was a couple years ago being a noob. That was the last time I ever heat steeped any juice.
Nothing can beat properly steeped juice no matter what "magic" you can come up with. With the magnetic mixer I do believe its effective thorough mixing can't be matched with any technique. Once its done mixing and steeping it can be left undisturbed until bottling time.

Shaken but not stirred...

I made this after seeing the video. The clamp is around $5 at home depot - $.99 at Harbor freight..... I had the jigsaw already but you can find them starting at around $19.

I could get into so much trouble if I had a jig saw. This would be great for my nail polishes!

Busy afternoon, 750ml
500ml rice crispy treats
250ml vanilla cupcake
250ml strawberry milkshake[GALLERY=]View attachment 467540 [/GALLERY]
Can I get that strawberry milkshake recipe?:hubba:

I was looking for that before but unfortunately its quite a hefty price for an e juice that only for 30 ml volume at a time...unless if i am doing for business...but it could be a good deal since there is a stirrer + the heat...you can try.

Anyway if anyone have tried it before i would love to hear their experience using that stuff

This looks like a great shaking method.

What size clamp did you buy? Jig saw blades are very thin, so I'm worried that many clamp bars would be too thick to fit into the jigsaw chuck.
