I used a coffee pot a and it maintained 160 degrees so I put some
juice into it and left it for a couple hours then let it cool on the counter, within a couple months my
juice turned to YUK, super dark and off tasting, that was a couple years ago being a noob. That was the last time I ever heat steeped any juice.
Nothing can beat properly steeped juice no matter what "magic" you can come up with. With the magnetic mixer I do believe its effective thorough mixing can't be matched with any technique. Once its done mixing and steeping it can be left undisturbed until bottling time.
