I am overly paranoid about ....ing up anything on this ggts, scratches, knicks, pits....things of that nature...maybe this should just be the workhorse and when income tax comes see about getting a nickle one for fancy niceness lol

if you can't get it off by hand, use a rubber strap wrench, polish it real good and use a food grade silicone spray or even a thin coating of vaseline on the threads from here on out to keep things smooth. when the stainless steel versions come out, let that be your workhorse!!! :D

I just got the GGTB switch apart with a little tech support from Imeo, and I am pleased to announce that the magnets work great. I used hot water a submersion in noalox another was and rinse and a lot of force to unfreeze it. Before I dropped the magnets in, I cleaned it again and used some silver conductive grease on the switch's internal screw threads to try and prevent future problems.
