my question though, what is the little clear top on the end of your atty/cart?

they are Lexan, a combination of 3/8" tube plugged by 1/4" rod which is then drilled out for an air whole. the rod extends into the dripping collar when attached, holding it in place. i wanted the tips removeable for cleaning and replacement.

no, these tips will not attach straight onto an atomizer, and no, i don't believe those TarGuard tips will either. wrong size for both the mini's and an 801. the samples i have are made of styrene plastic, very brittle and prone to cracking/splintering if cut or drilled.

yes, i see and read all.

jeez you really do!! ;0 i appreciate it though, saved me the money on ordering those targuard things. haha. i guess my search will continue, though i'll probably have to just find something that i can easily mod myself. i fail at mods, so i'm sure i'll just give up the idea in a day or two!

Away..
Not only wonderful, but a work of art too!
A quick vid showing the starting pieces being made then jump to the finished part and then quick assembly clips would be greatly appreciated.
People could then try their own fitting the attys they use along with diff battery/bottle sizes.......geesh.....the possibilities are endless.

Are you sure the chinese havent cloned it yet? lol

Ahhhhhhhhh, the things I want to say would get me banned on this forum. Absolutely ridiculous that you would post this here. Are you really that mean? Getting us all excited about this without mass production in the works?

I probably dont have enough to offer you a bribe for this, but maybe you would take a spare kidney :p

i'd pay 500 in a heartbeat. constantly filling and topping, plus changing and cleaning filler is the main buzzkill of the process, more than battery life or atty replacement. i'd pay the bucks for anything that could free me from that.

Not me. That amount of money is just crossing the line for me. LOL

admittedly it would be a long time before it paid for itself in fluval/ptb savings, hehe, but ohhhhhhhhhh the *convenience*... value your time and effort even at minimum wage and all that time rinsing/changing fillers and topping off carts adds up, plus the "mental pain and anguish" (hehe), and figure in the *pleasure* factor of this thing *never* fading in flavour or vape quality as carts run dry - always a nice, fresh, yummy cloud - and it begins to become almost irresistible. think of what you spend on a night out on the town or any number of other frivolities and deny yourself a handful of them and it's paid for... it only hurts for a little while and then you're on that pleasure train for *years*, needing only to switch out the occasional atty... MMMMMMmmmmm...

this is provided the unit is durable of course. if not then all bets are off. someone mentioned a possible achilles' heel in the switch and that could be a problem, but if that could be remedied i'd mortgage my freaking house for one of these things. i hate dripping, cleaning/refilling carts, topping off, and the dreaded flavour-fade.

and of course they'd be cheaper than that if mass-produced, but it's truly a premium unit in ways which current commercial mods just aren't (they really only provide extra batt life, cheaper/easier replacement and sometimes higher voltage, which this could be rigged to do but the vape consistency and ease of use is the biggie for me), and there's real value in that. i love *value* and this thing has it in abundance!

This looks awesome. Great size, limited hassle. Looks like something I wouldn't mind bringing out to a party. Any chance of increasing the voltage?

couldn't agree more. it is the hassle that keeps me from being 100% analog free.
