Major stomach issues...

Hi all you vet's, I've been vaping for over 6 months now with a 50/50 12 Mg e-liquid and I get MAJOR bloating/........ and insane amounts of gas. I've read that switching to mainly Vg e liquid this clears up. I also read that some have a sensitivity to artificial sweeteners. I also read high nicotine levels can cause this. I'm at a crossroads and just picked up a pack of cigarettes as I can't take this anymore! Can someone PLEASE help me fix this issue i'm having!? Please post experiences and suggestions to help a brother out! I really don't want to smoke but it's the only thing that helps my issues here

We generally don't give out medical advice on here as that falls into the "talk to your Doctor" kind of thing. I only know of one sweetener that will cause stomach problems if ingested in your stomach. That is xylitol but I'm not aware of any ejuice mfg using that. FYI xylitol is used in gum a lot also it is toxic to pets. Most common artificial sweetener used in Ejuice is Sucralose. Again I'd consult your Doctor to see if' you may have an allergy. Oh some folks get stomach issues if the swallow Ejuice which can happen with some atomizers.

You really do need to talk to your doctor. It's possible what you are experiencing could be related to quitting smoking more than vaping. It's unknown why, but quitting smoking can cause people with ulcerative colitis to have a flare up. I am by no means suggesting that is what's going on with you, I'm just trying to emphasize that a forum isn't the place to seek medical advice, especially since your symptoms are unusual as a reaction to vaping.
