Is there any way to do this? I've seen this 280mAh jumbo battery for the 510 on myfreedomsmokes, but i'm wondering how much longer it lasts, and if theres a bigger one somewhere(power-wise, not diameter). The regular 510 batt on my NicStick lasts me almost all day so i guess it would do the trick. As far as the vapor production goes, can you use a low resistance atomizer on a 280mAh batt? If so, how many ohms should it be? If not, is there some other way?

I guess basically, i just want to know how to get the most out of a 510, because i like the feel of it better than an eGo or anything else big like that. (though i do plan on building some box mods, and getting a nice mod like a chuck or the precise, but i like the 510 for carrying around and just a quick vape)

I've tried using low resistance atomizers on a normal 510 and it doesn't work. It drains the battery way too fast and isn't really safe. Liberty Flights suggests a 380+ mAh battery for low resistance atties.

You might try a CE2 on it. For some reason these things seem to produce more vapor with less power. I'm not sure how but it just does. The CE2's are not perfect so if you get these you could run into problems.

Arent those the clearomizers? ive heard alot about taste issues, idk about using them

I really like the regular atty and cart setup, looking into smart carts though, all my cart mods leak somewhat and waste liquid, and the regular unmodded carts dont use all the liquid so waste it also. Want to try dripping too but I don't have a tip and don't really want to just order a $1-$2 part and pay $6 shipping, dont have the funds right now anyways.

You don't need a drip tip to start dripping. Just use one of the carts that came with the atty (empty, no filler) but you just have to take it off every time the atty needs a refill.

Ya, i mean i've done it by sticking a pen grip over the atomizer and dripping, theres a thread on here somewhere about doing that, but i want to try it with the tip to see if its any better/easier

I did a comparison test between 5 different brands of 510, 2.5ohm atomizers on the standard Joye 510 batteries. I was surprised to learn that their is a big difference between them. The atomizers I tested were:

Standard Joye 510, 2.5ohm (from CigNot)

Smok Tech 510, 2.5ohm (from MadVapes)

Boge 510, 2.5ohm (from MadVapes)

Bauway 510, 2.5ohm (from MadVapes)

Expert 510, 2.5ohm (from LiteCigUSA)

I used the same 50% VG juice on all of them so that will make a difference in your results if you are using a different VG/PG blend. I drip exclusively so I cant speak to the results you may get with a cartridge nor do I guarantee you will see the same results as I did.

The winner for me was the Bauway, lots of vapor, a hint more flavor and a very satisfying hit overall, so, you may want to test a few yourself, I found it quite fun and now I have lots of spare atomizers I can use on my Buzz.
