For the poor soul with the CE4's: Look into Kanger products (originvape.com or myvaporstore.com) - most of these are beginner-friendly and most can be rebuilt if you get to the point where you are ready to try wrapping your own coils. Meaning: you can take the replaceable 'heads' apart to put in a new wick - which feeds the juice - and coil- the wire wrapped around the wick that heats up and vaporises the juice.

Good luck on your journey! I will second the above notion that it is actually easier than it looks right now.

I was running thru the forums and stumbled on this. Would something like this be good for a starter setup.

I tried to post a link but I cant do that yet lol.

V2 Pro series 3. I mean 59.99 seems like an outstanding deal for a startup price. Especially since I am purchasing two.

PM me and let me know how it is when you receive it. I use mech and vv/vw mods and do some sub ohm vaping, but I might want to get something for stealth vaping. I used to use V2 products before I even knew mods existed and it was a pretty good vape for the price. I would recommend getting juice somewhere else though. Their juice prices are outrageous and it's not that great.
