I am stationed in NY and got tired of shelling out $450 a month on Cancer sticks. Here in NY a carton of name brand cigarettes can run between $100 and $110 a carton and as much as $10.50 a pack. with my Vape build (iStick 30W and Atlantis tank((2ml tank)) i burn through a 30ml bottle in about a month. I get my juice from Mountain Vapor Bake and the cost is between $3.00 and $10.00 a bottle E Cigarette | Buy Electronic Cigarettes Online | E Juice - Mt Baker Vapor If your order is over $50 shipping is free and they even have a 10% coupon code which is vaporfrombaker. The cool thing about them is that not only do they have a wide selection of flavors but you can actually create your own as well as set the percentages of your VG, PG and Nicotine (up to 24% on Nic). Delivery is usually withing a couple of days. the second thing i like is that the juices are a little thicker (about the consistancy of room temp honey) and last me all day without refilling my tank. I have tried other juices and although good they are thinner and i usually have to refill twice or even three times a day.really cant beat going from $450 a month to about $150 a year.

I haven't tried them yet, but I hear good things. What's your fave flavor from them? And what vg/pg ratio are your using that is thick like that? I generally use 50/50 and go through 15ml or more a week.

Also, how long have you been vaping? You're starting out with a pretty good set up, just watch that you don't go chasing the newest/best or you'll blow through all of that money you're saving. ;)

I've also heard that things can get a LOT cheaper if you start rebuilding coils and making your own juice, but I'm nowhere near ready to jump off that platform yet!

Hi and welcome to the forum. Congratulations on beating the cigarettes. Yes, Mount Baker is one of the most affordable juice makers out there and a completely customizable one at that. Never tried those particular flavors, cherry always tastes like cough syrup to me. Mechsauce is another cheap maker, haven't actually tried it yet, but my order is on the way.

How long have you been vaping?

in reference to the build. I appreciate the advice, however, again i did a lot of research before i purchased. I needed something small and compact because you cant have bulged pockets in the military, but i knew (with my electronics background) i did want something that would go sub-Ohm with adjustable voltage and Wattage. really dont care about anything but fuctionality and size and this thing is perfect. The only thing i have a concern about is the battery because i have had read various revues that some of them last forever and others only a short period when it comes to longevity. so far i have had no issues with it keeping a prolonged charge yet. not building my own coils either, (1) i dont have the time and (2) the coils from the site i order from costs $14 for a 5 pack so really dont see the point. as for the custom juice, i plan on setting up a flavor some time in the near future and am hoping to find a company reliable enought that sells the medical grade VG and PG with Nic and flavoring, until them Mountain Vapor Bake actually sells 243ml bottles as well for $30 of all flavors as well as custom ones. Build Your Own E Juice - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes .

Denvap0r...had the same problem with the flavor with Evo liquids and then i tried mountains...Nah i must say it tastes AWSOME. it does not have the "fresh black cherry" flavor more like a the hydoponically grown cherries you buy at walmart. but extreamly good. in answer to everyones question...i have been Vapeing for about a month and a half now.

My other question... Are you the Kwisatz Haderach?

Sorry, had to geek out on the name
it is funny you say that...i am a big Dune fan and during my off time that is my handle for most of my toons in MMOs. It is nice to be able to sit at my computer and Vape without having to go outside in the cold every hour or so to smoke cause the wife wont allow me to smoke in the house. i am so glad those days are gone.

true retired1...however i have noticed that there are some products that are on mountains site that are not on ECF and vice versa. just wanted to provide peeps with as many options as possible (wasnt advertising sorry) but i think that they both have amazing products. i do however like the taste of Mountains juices better
Try hawk sauce...its my favorite. I add three extra flavor shots 50/50 12mg

What part of NY are you stationed in? I'm down in the Hudson Valley about a half hour from West Point. I'm surprised that you're going from two packs a day and only go through 30 ml a month (and surprised that you can handle vaping 18 mg juice on a subohm tank). I probably go through about 40 ml a week on my subohm tanks, and I was a pack a day smoker (although I vape 6 mg juice).
