Hi. I'm a new vaper looking to save some money on refills. I've been looking through the threads on this forum and just getting more confused as I go along. Maybe some one here can help.

I have an NJOY, the one that looks like a cigarette. The cartrideges are almost as expensive as cigarettes and I was hoping to save some money. So, I bought a 1oz bottle of juice. Should that last awhile (as long as or longer than a carton of tobacco cigarettes?)

Can I just refill my spent NJOY cartridges? If I do, should I fill them from the tiny hole I inhale through or the big hole that fits over the atomizer? Or should I take the filters out and wash them, or should I buy some new packing material? I've seen a bunch of different types recommended, everything from teabags to coffee filters, to pillow stuffing. Or should I buy blank cartridges, which seem a little expensive?

I suppose that's all the questions for now. Thanks for any advice.

And now for a cute story about vaping. I'm in group therapy in a hospital satellite office that strictly forbids smoking. So, I was outside vaping away, and my therapist asked what I was smoking since I stuck my cigarette in my pocket when break was over. I told her "a battery operated cigarette." "That's amazing," she said, "there's no odor and the smoke disappears immediately."

So, when we got back into the therapy room, she had me violate all the rules of the hospital and demonstrate vaping for the rest of the group. Everybody was amazed at how realistic it looked, with none of the problems associated with smoking in public. I think I won over a few converts right then and there.
