The ..... is stuck to my lips all day and all night. I'm on 18 now and at the very least, I have to start vaping a lower nic at night. It takes me between an hour and two to fall asleep. That said, I wouldn't trade it for analogs any day. I love this new world of vaping and am proud of all of you who have found a better to way to live, as I have.
Lmao I've become a vaping fanatic! But....couldn't have done it without all of you!

Thanks for all your input guys.
I used 12mg prefilled cartos for the past month, and i also chain vaped those, And i had serious cravings (needed more).

Now with the 24mg juice, chain vaping im getting these moderate OD symptoms.

So i guess that 18mg "should" be just about right for me. if i want to chain vape.

For the first week after quitting (25 years of smoking, 1.5-2 packs a day, lights), I used 24. I experienced the racing heart, tossing and turning at night, etc. And when I dropped down to 16-18ish, it got better. Now, I'm feeling the need to drop again, but not a whole lot. If there was a 14 out there, it'd be about perfect. But there isn't. So I'm eyeing 12's. ;)

I was smoking about 1 to 1 1/2 packs a day of ultra lights. I started vaping at 16 mgs. and at the end of my first day of vaping all day at 16 mgs, i had my very last saved cigarette on my back porch and got high from it. Then my second day of nothing but vaping I had major withdrawals all day and my eyes were red and glassy and I looked stoned, but I was still content vaping my 16 mgs of ejuice and by the 3rd day I was fine. Since then I have very slowly over the last 9 months gone down to 10 mgs nic. I did 16 and 14 mgs. mixed for awhile, then just 14 mgs. Then did 14 and 12 mgs. for awhile and then just 12 mgs. Then did 12 mgs and 10 mgs for awhile and now am at 10 mgs. all day. I would like to get down to 8 mgs. soon. But honestly I do enjoy the slight tingle of nic on my tongue and I have to admit that I do vape alot at night and I do recommend if you want to vape alot for pleasure, avoid the higher nics because it is not necessary to have a real high nic level for heavy vaping in the evening.

Also, is there noticeable drop in throat hit?
0 nic eliquid does not have any TH. The nic is what gives you TH. PG enhances TH, but is not the actual cause of it. VG mutes TH. You can get something that is sorta/kinda like TH from some flavors, but it is more of a throat irritation than true TH. You can also vape a higher nic without any TH, depending on which flavors you vape. I vape 24 nic, 80PG/20VG, light fruit flavors and I don't get TH. I also don't inhale into my lungs, so the way you vape also has some bearing on TH.

I got dizzy after boozing and vaping for quite alot on 11mg during the day and then almot chain vaping for 6-8 hours and that was with a 510 with boge LR cartos

Anyway I vape a bit less now, only a bit, but using ego mega dual coil cartos, and this is for me the sweet spot with my menthol juices

I often buy a bottle of 24 and a bottle 0f 6 ant toss them together. That comes out just about right for me.
About 16 I figure with my basic math skills.

That is what I do too. If I want it stronger, I can add a higher amount of the stronger, but I am a language teacher and also suffer from the basic math skill affliction and try to stick to easy numbers like 50/50. :)

Something to consider, this is from my perspective and just talking about my nic addiction.

I am 5 weeks from my last cig. I was smoking for some 30 years. While I am happy and confident as I type of not returning to cigs however that is because the 18mg I vape completely satisfies my nic addiction. It is still early days in my view so would rather vape at 18 than play.

I started with 12mg and was still having a cig a day, swapped to 18 and that need went. Once I have gone through most of the 18mg I have I will look at 12mg but any hint of wavering and I am going straight back.

That will change I am sure once I forget the week, month and then year count but it is at the back of my mind.

Hey Benzin!

I chain vape all the time. lol. The only time I find that I have much the same symptoms that you do is when I get a new e-juice order delivered to the house and I instantly want to try all of the flavors I have available. It may be that you're just going at it too quickly or maybe the e liquid is a bit too strong for you. What I would suggest is just sitting back and relaxing when you feel that way. I usually start playing a PC game or give a book a few page reads until that calms down and when I feel the urge to vape again, I just chill and vape, continuing to do what I had been when I was relaxing, waiting for that feeling to go away. I vape 24mg e liquid from maple leaf vapes and it's bloody delicious! Make sure that you're not getting liquid on your fingers or in your mouth either as that may have something to do with your symptoms. Hope this helps!

Jude.
