I've been a little busy the past few days and haven't had much time in the man cave. They are almost finished, I just have some soldering to do and they will be ready. I'll try to work on them tonight after the kids go to bed.
If a 350 model came to fruition, that would be a dinky little wooden thing

As cool as it would be to have a really small 18350 dna20 mod, the 18350 battery doesnt have a high enough discharge rate to be safe with the dna20. 18500 is as small as it gets for the dna20, unless you use the soft lipo cells.
The new switches I use will have absolutely no problem with random locking.
That's good to know! I just have to make sure when I depress the switch to do it swiftly and hold firmly. Otherwise if it's not fully depressed, it actuates itself rapidly and ends up locking.
Ya, those turned out to be some touchy switches. Just like you said though, If you give it a good firm press it works great. I've been using real high quality screw terminal switches and they are smooth as butter, slight clicky action, and 0% failure to fire.
I am going to try to finish these mods up tonight. I will either list them tonight or tomorrow
