Manual Battery to use with Phoenix BC Cartos?

Hello all. So thanks to several reviews that I've seen here and elsewhere, I've decided to go ahead and purchase Phoenix's 510 2.4-2.6 ohm cartomizers. However, I need a compatible battery, as my current PV is a Vea that I'd prefer not to continue using. 3.7 volts is ideal, but I wouldn't mind having a variable voltage battery if the price isn't outrageous. Can anyone help me? Links to recommendations are appreciated :D

I just recently started trying out the Phoenix BC and have found that anything over 4v just gives me a burnt taste. I normally use a provari but with it performing better for me at a lower voltage I am having better luck using my KGO which puts out around 3.9-4V.

I dont see the need to pay extra for a VV when using the Phoenix cartos.
