On one of mine, when I first got it, I noticed the button was a little crooked and was slightly hard to push but now, I have to push it extremely hard to the point where it leaves an indention on my finger. Its very uncomfortable to use this one now. any ideas on how to fix it?
One more thing, does anyone know of the place that sells cartomizers for $1.25 shipped? I cannot remember the site. Thanks for any info!

This happened to me too, and I fixed it!

Screw on a cart and rock it back and forth (very hard) until the battery connector comes out of the battery.

Remove the LED cover and insert a pen into the top of the battery.

Push the pen in while gently pulling on the battery connector.

Once all the guts are out of the battery tube, you will notice that there is some heat shrink tubing behind the battery connector.

This tubing extends forward too far, and prevents the button from seating properly.

Trim the heat shrink tubing so that the button can sit flat on the switch.

Reassemble the battery and vape!

LeCig has them for 8.99 with free shipping. If you use the coupon below you would get another 15% off of that. Not the $1.25 you wanted but close.

Hats off to you for fixing the battery, I hope my directions were clear enough...

If the battery doesn't blink in the charger, it could be a logic problem on the PCB...

I am heavy into radio control, and have been using Lithium batteries for years...

Also, I have had a couple explode on me, due to user error.

What was the user error?

Charging a battery that was "in question".

If there is ANY question about whether a Lithium battery is safe, get rid of it.

Even though ecig batteries are small and don't explode violently, they can still start a fire.

My house almost burned down before I learned this.

Hope that helps! Happy Vaping!

:)

yea I thin the non blinking one will have to go hang out in the trash for now on. I have had 2 uni chargers melt, smoke, and burn on me before. luckily it didn't eff my computer up, or burn the house down. It just sucks that QC isn't tight enough on these things, I never leave my charger unattended now. If its charging, *usually once a day* I'm checking email, reading stuff and hanging out here which isn't that bad of a thing. Yup your instructions were very clear but it was a little tricky to get the button back in, I figured out that I had to just slide the batter in, put the button on top of the wires before the micro switch and push it in a little, hold it upside down and shake it into place, then slide it all together making sure that the micro switch was lined up. Seriously Thank you sir! Such an easy fix.
