Hopefully this is but a temporary set back and the next time they re-open will be the one that puts them back on top as one of Canada's premier vendors.

I'm not sure if its the responses that make it worst... sigh I didnt even want to respond but to some its just ejuice and they have all the money in the world to spend on things but I am a hardworking self employed Mom of 3 so it DOES matter to me where I spend my hard earned money. I quit for my health and for my kids so now I depend on ejuice. I didnt think voicing ones opinion in a forum justifies accusing someone of libel or name calling... I have spoken with Ian and what will be done remains to be seen but he did reach out and I respect that even if it may be late .... As far as me I know I'm not being hostile nor am I slandering Ian's good name. Venting frustrations like DevilFishPhil mentioned is more like it

In this day of political correctness, it is often the folks that call fowl that are the worst propagators of inappropriateness. Yes I am a vendor, yes Ian has carried my product and as previously stated, one has nothing to do with the other.

He screwed up, so lets crucify him and be done with it. What he should have done, instead of trying to please folks for his mistakes was to terminate his sale, not continue it. Folks never thought twice about getting in on a sale, further exacerbating the problem after the fact. No, they continued to purchase from him BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

That is my beef nothing else. I have no misgivings with anyone here. I will close with saying this though. I have had my tongue tied for far too long as a mfr/vendor, and IMHO it is high time folks stop taking us for granted!

Switcher, I do not take any of my vendors for granted. If you were to put you 50Cal mod on sale for $29 and had a few hundred orders for it in a day or two (which is what most likely happened to Ian) and you could not keep up or ran out of stock or whatever and could not fill all the orders would you keep peoples money and leave them empty handed? I don't think you would.

My good sir I understand you completly. What I am trying to get at amidst all this chaos is the mitigating circumstances that led to the present day scenario. I agree with you 1000% he should have closed his store before getting neck deep in IT. He didn't and now is paying for it and will continue to pay for it for quite a while if and when he re-opens. It is just that I never kicked a man when he was down, and still don't believe in it. On the other hand us Canadians are kind of unique and most have no clue what...

That's because you never wore one But indeed when you look closer it could qualify as a guitar pick. It is the colouring surrounding the never to the base that gives it a 3 dimensional look
