Just wanted to post a quick note in regards to this fine gentleman and his company. All to often we hear of horror stories, especially in the retail sector, of companies that forget the customer is their most important asset, and sadly this is reflected in the way in which we are treated. So, I thought it would be refreshing to tell a different tale. I placed an order online Christmas evening and decided I needed to change and add a few things to my order. I called and spoke with Mark this morning, hoping to catch my order before it shipped. He was a pleasure to speak with, courteous, professional, and helpful in assisting me with all my needs. I eagerly await the arrival of my order, and the start to a smoke free spouse. I will review the products I've ordered and post an update. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in E-cigs and will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Thanks man. It is a crazy day today, but it is always nice to help people out. I apologize if I was a little brief today, just trying to keep those orders cranking out.

Hey! That's very similar to what I did. I called the day my order was to ship and wanted to add a couple of things and he was super-patient and absolutely helpful. I posted about it in the New Members forum and was gently nudged over here, which was nice because I didn't know about the sub-forum.

I still havn't heard back from Mark on my passthru that isn't working properly but I know they are really busy from the Christmas holiday orders. I know he will come through and can't wait to get the passthru cause I spend a lot of time at my computer, on this site, hehe and it would help out a lot and I know I will be placing more orders with them in the future. Just gotta save up that money cause I have a ton of wants lol. Thanks to everyone at V4L and everyone of this forum!!!

Mark messaged me back, I knew he would, and he will be sending me a replacement. Thank you so much Mark and V4L and everyone here! He said somethings deffinitly not right. I'm very thankful to have found this forum and such a great company that stands behind there product, I have been very fortunate because I know there are a lot of people that don't find these awesome kinds of companies and get taken for a lot of money. I will and have been spreading the word and hope to help others out myself.
