For tobacco flavor suggestions go to the front page of New Members, use Search Forum to search for Marlboro, Marlboros, or tobacco, and look at the threads where the title asks for marlboro or tobacco flavor. You will find lots of threads, lots of recommendations.
But in the end, it's what clicks with you. Make sure to smell the vapor - most of the taste is aroma. Your tongue can only sense sweet, salty, bitter, sour and umami (MSG). Cogs bathe you in smoke, ecigs don't so you have to remember to let your nose have some.
My suggestion - find a tobacco you like and try adding a bit of FSUSA Cocoa (also lowers sweetness) or Chocolate (also raises sweetness a bit). Marlboros, like lots of cigs, have cocoa in them.
I found Turkish blends have a particular funky pungent and nutty strong aroma that at least reminded me of a freshly opened pack of smokes. backwoods Brew Casablanca was my first all day vape (complex Turkish blend and I bought it because it has a bit of cocoa in it. sometimes I add more cocoa). I have also used FreedomSmokeUSA Desert Ship which is stronger and changed it up with chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, oRYental 4 (fsusa flavors)
