I'm guessing we are going to start seeing a lot about e-cigarettes in the media for the next month or so.

This type of stuff comes and goes all the time. I remember in 2009 they basically said that one hit from an e-cig could kill you on local news in Los Angeles. The correct information will prevail, as always. We vapers are a battered bunch, but we're resilient and persistent. E-cigs are here to stay.


Also, that "ban" in Seal Beach is only so that the City Council can research ecigs and determine for themselves whether or not they're good or bad. And, like most cities, they'll find they're good.

I like how that news article says "study" yet gives no links to the study at all and you can't find any info on it. And what's with the report from Wells Fargo? What do they have to do with anything regarding ecigs?

Lol this is just pure stupidity.

Well, I replied to the article and posted the CASAA study ...and also posted a link to it on Twitter @EricPfeiffer. I want to just punch the guy in the face, but I realize he is likely clueless and just posting crap because he gets paid by the word.

It would be interesting if they listed the brands they tested.. I wouldn't be shocked one bit if all the brands they tested were straight out of china or pre filled carto's from China. I would be shocked it they tested brands of ejuice we all love any found anything like that..

Yahoo! News articles written by Eric Pfeiffer are regarded by most people to be about as credible as a Big Foot sighting or alien abduction. He really should be writing for The Enquirer. This is not something I am posting in angst because of this particular article. I read Y! news a lot and every time I open an article and read something incredibly stupid, it is nearly always written by that buffoon.
