I'll tell you this much, for me it doesn't matter what I'm vaping on. As long as I have my IKV RY4 in it, I'm a happy guy.

Its an extended 306 delrin drip tip that avid vaper sent me.
TexasT its an Apex Alpha. They're relatively new, and expensive, but seems like its a winner. The button is what sold me on it. Its the recessed metal tube that has the more narrow grooves in it. You slide it up to fire the atty. You can get them at www.innovapor.com

I'll admit, I was skeptical because its designed around the 510. Obviously the 306 fits but I prefer the Pyrex tips. I get more consistent flavor from it than with my Reo. Its like dripping, without the hassle of constantly dripping. And the delrin tip works really well, too. I was moderately happy with the grand but I didn't vape enough and my juice would start to separate in the bottle. With this, no staleness and always tasting like a perfectly dripped atty. I'm more than happy, I'm completely PLEASED. I've finally completely stopped analogs (I would still have two or three a day) but while using this I am totally satisfied.

+1 on what loft said, I have the 14500 version which is the ultra rather than the ultramax but it worksd just as described.

IKV RY4 and Dekang Menthol from madvapes. It was over a span of 3 or 4 days and then I would have to dump the bottle and fully refill. In hindsight, maybe I should have only half filled the bottle but I always thought to myself that having it filled fully meant I was prepared since I always traveled lightly with the Grand.

Are you sure it was actually seperating? or was it the partially heated juice going back into the bottle or juice holder through the feeder tube?
Juice once heated by the attie changes color to some extent and once you set the bottum feeder PV's down, the unused but still heated juice in the attie slowly run back into the bottle. I have found this to be the case with all the bottum feeders I have tried albeit I have only used 3 different ones but I think any of the bottum feeders would do this unless you vape the attie close to dry before setting it back down.
It is an issue with gravity more so than a problem with the bottum feeders themselves regardless of what type they are unless they have a one way check valve on the feeder system.

I have an Ultra & an UltraMax. Awesome PV's. I just ordered some IKV HV 510's & 306"s.
rc51kodiak I am pretty sure it was separating. When squonked all I tasted was straight pepper. Then when I took the bottle out, shook it, and put it back in it tasted fine.

My bottum feeders are usually bouncing around in my seat or my pocket so they are probably always getting shook up a bit thats why I have never experienced the seperation such as you have. You could always just shake the whole Reo that way you would not have to take the bottle out.
What juice are you using that has a strong pepper taste? I make my own juice or I should say I have been learning to make my own as I have had many many failures.
I can neever seem to get the throat hit strength that I like without adding menthol to the mix and atleast 24mg nic with 190 proof alcohol. I know that some juice places put pepper in the mix but I do not know which type of pepper to use?
Any help would be great.

I only vape two flavors currently; IKV RY4 @ 24mg and Pure Smoker Minthia (Minty menthol) @ 24mg. I drip the menthol when I need a change of pace or if my tongue can no longer taste the RY4.
I stopped using the Grand, it's in my drawer as a backup. I babied it, though. I have a vent mount for it in my car, and I never put it in my pocket/etc. Always carried it in my hand when not in the holder in my car. I didn't shake it as there was usually juice in the catch cup and I didn't want it going all over.
I wish I could help you with increasing your TH. PGA usually works for DIY though. For the record, all I vape are 24mg (or higher) juices lol.
