My wife bought several 30 ml bottles of liquid at 36 %. She has a large bottle of 12 % that she would like me to mix them with to make between 18 and 24 %. I hope someone can help me out.

1/2 of 36 is 18 and 1/2 of 12 is 6 a 50/50 mix would give you 24 (18 + 6). Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
One to one will equal 24mg. Two parts 12mg to one part 36mg results in 20mg. Three to one equals 18mg.

This is correct.
1ml of 36 + 2mls of 12 will give you 20 (36 + 12 + 12 = 60 divided by 3 = 20)
1ml of 36 + 3mls of 12 will give you 18 (36 + 12 + 12 + 12 = 72 divided by 4 = 18)
