PG actually provides no throat hit. What it does is allow more of the throat hit from the nicotine to come through in comparison to VG which will mute throat hit to a degree.
90+% of throat hit comes from your nicotine level. Warmer vapor (variable wattage or mech/RBA) will enhance the throat hit. Many of us vet vapors started out at 36mg nic strength eliquid. And 24mg nic strength is quite common.
