Lol...that was on his first visit to Galveston Island...turns out he loves the beach!

I dont do last minute invitations...lol

I was told about it yesterday by my friend (his park ranger) Kimmy.
But he did not mention it until today. I was hoping that sense he did not mention it that it meant he did not plan to go.
At least it is not like he sometimes does and tells me about something we are invited to that is a potluck! Then I have to figure out what to cook at the last minute.

When I run mine, I crack a window on one side of the house, and put a fan in the window of my room (the hardest part of the house to get the heat to) blowing out.....works nicely

So it looks like today is gonna be a rare day. Im gonna have a day of no work, just a rest and vape day. Jane didnt sleep much last night, due to her night time anxiety attacks. So im giving her a day where she can stay in bed, watch tv and work on her little sewing projects all day, and im not gonna bother her at all, if she sleeps she sleeps.

She does, she goes to the dr friday morning, im pushing for a sleep study, cause i honestly believe that this stems from a sleep apnea issue

My husband informs me about an hour ago that we are invited to something for tonight.
Ummm OK? What time? He said he would find out... .. Does he plan to let me know 5 minutes before we have to be there?
I really had some nice little plan to make grilled cheese sandwiches and cream of tomato soup. It is suppose to get into the 40's tonight.

Oh yum that sounds delish! It got cold overnight here. Our temps went from the mid to upper 60s on Monday to the 50s yesterday and 40 degrees last night. We should be in the 30s tonight. BRRR!!!

That could very well be! My mom gets nighttime anxiety, too. Hers isn't sleep related but its just horrible that she goes through that. I feel bad for anyone who suffers like that.

She wakes up usually shortly after she goes to sleep her heart racing hard to breathe and her brain all wonky, i have to help her calm down, it really sucks for her when im not home
