Just ordered a black eGo ONE Mega. Now I have to rethink my color choice for the Pico. Why does vaping need to be soooooo darn hard on the brain?
Yup I'll love the white one...lol..stop second guessing

Anyone have any good recipes/tips for bottom round steak? I'm trying to decide what to do for dinner.

Probably to late but for that cut of meat a crock pot is great! It is not the most tender cut but can be made to taste like a higher quality cut with some care :)

If you do not have a crock pot you can do on lower heat on the stove top. saute in butter add some liquid once it is tender slice and thicken and season the broth for gravy .. Can add mushrooms and onions if you like. .Serve over egg noodles or rice or mashed potatoes.

I have several ideas so just let me know what things you prefer and I can come up with an idea :)

I just made something up as I went last night. I covered it in flour and seasonings, melted some butter in a pan and browned the outside. Took it out of the pan and poured some soy sauce, a1 sauce, and honey in the pan and made a glaze, then threw the meat back in the pan to coat it. It was pretty tasty like that.

I have to write all of these recipes down for the future. I feel like I always fall back onto making the same things all the time.

Check out Dollar Tree or Everything's $.99 for spices like cumin, lemon pepper, chili powder and seasoning salt. Keep squeezy lime or lemon in the fridge for something different.

Put a lil oil/butter in a skillet, season meat with salt, pepper and cumin(doesn't take a lot). You can add onions and peppers if you want, add all to hot oil. Put a couple 6-8 drops of lime juice in, cover til almost done.
Uncover and reduce the juice.

Can be served over rice with refried beans and topped with mexi cheese and sour cream.

For my rice I brown my butter with a lil onion. When the onion is done, add rice and coat with butter, add water and cumin, bring to boil. Add a couple drops of lime juice. If you have salsa, add two or three spoonfuls to the mix.
Cooked on low til done.

I don't measure stuff when I cook ya'll :D

That sounds yummy! I totally tend to buy my spices from Walmart. They have a certain brand that is only $1 for a huge range of spices, so I tend to stock up on a lot of different things. I tend to keep squeezy limes and lemons, too. I like to make hummus and queso dips that require a lot of that stuff. :)

I guess I should mention hubby is intolerant of onions. I love onions so I have to add those separately and not cook them in with our food so he doesn't get sick, lol.

I totally don't measure either. I just do what looks/tastes good. Put in what looks like a good amount, let it cook in a bit and taste it then adjust as needed.
