I like to keep a couple packs of McCormick's Fajita mix around for emergency purposes, goes will with chicken or beef.That sounds yummy! I totally tend to buy my spices from Walmart. They have a certain brand that is only $1 for a huge range of spices, so I tend to stock up on a lot of different things. I tend to keep squeezy limes and lemons, too. I like to make hummus and queso dips that require a lot of that stuff.
I guess I should mention hubby is intolerant of onions. I love onions so I have to add those separately and not cook them in with our food so he doesn't get sick, lol.
I totally don't measure either. I just do what looks/tastes good. Put in what looks like a good amount, let it cook in a bit and taste it then adjust as needed.
