Yep, people drive crazy in the snow here, too. Either 5 miles an hour or 55. Those of us who just drive cautiously are the minority and apparently the most at risk!Well, it stopped snowing here. Got about 6 inches or so accumulated on my back deck and parts deeper in the front from drifts.
Went on an adventure to Lowe's. Needed a part for something that blew up with the plumbing. I don't know what, he fixes stuff. I just know there's water in the floor of my laundry room. Learned a big lesson, probably for the millionth time....
These people can't DRIVE! Snow equals slow. It even rhymes. Why the bloody heck are you doing 45 and crawling up my tailights?! And a car missed the turn onto my road and got stuck in the drift by the curb so two trucks pulled up side by side behind him trying to get him out, effectively blocking the entire turn.
I love snow cuz it's pretty. I hate every thing else about it.

So I'm going outside my comfort zone in the kitchen tonight. I'm making a batch of creme brulee.
They're out of the oven....just need to wait until they cool down, then into the fridge until tomorrow. I even went and picked up a torch.
I've always wanted to try that. I was going to watch Burnt tonight but I watched We're The Coopers and I didn't realize I couldn't restart Burnt. It was 15 minutes in already so I set it to record tomorrow at 5:15. I don't even know if they make Creme Brulee in that movie but every time I saw the commercials for it that's what I thought of, lol! So how did yours turn out?
Hey @Seleya when you get your RX300 (and batteries, of course!) you should post on the thread Wismec RX300 So far no one actually has one and the discussion has been more about running batteries in series or parallel than about the device, lol!
I put a bit too much sugar on it before I hit it with the torch.
