The wood i love to get is locust, its a very dense hardwood used a lot for fence posts here, burns hot as hades in the stoves, but rough as hell on chain saw chains. It will dull one in a second

Wow, I'm watching Ellen from yesterday. She is pitting a Gen Xer against a Millenial, asking them each questions from the other one's generation. I'm happy to report I am getting all of the questions right from each generation, lol. The millenial couldn't name an original Charlie's Angel and the Gen Xer didn't know who Pikachu is!!

The only good thing ash and poplar are good for is that get the fire going in the morning fast situation, cause when dry they catch really easy, so you throw that on and it will start and give you something for the other wood to chew on

Just ordered a new toy......65 inch Samsung curved 4K TV. Time to retire my old rear projection Sony. Ordered it from Amazon so will be getting it on Monday. Supposedly I could have gotten it on Friday, but I also ordered a stand and the stand won't get here until Monday.

We're gonna need pics!

Their 1st non-funeral vacation since 2007...they were renting an RV and packing up the huskies to go to a wedding in Buffalo. Now they're boarding up windows and stacking furniture.

I know! We are definitely not your typical Gen-Xers are we? I may be weird, but I actually enjoy being a crossover, lol. It's like we have a foot in each label!

Oh and by the way, devil on my shoulder. You won. I ordered the Hotcig. sigh. But I didn't have to use any actual money for it so I don't feel too terrible. Besides, abalone!!!!

I know!! The shinyitis was just too strong with that one! I was really feeling underprepared for the vapeocalypse, though. I really need to put a few mods away for "when." The Target Pro will get boxed up and so will the Disrupter and the Luggy. And one of my beloved iStick 100w TCs. I would die if I didn't have one of those!
