So relatively new to vaping.
I have a Vaporesso Revenger and TFV8 Baby Beast, using .15 M2 coils. I run anywhere from 35 watts (usually just in morning) to 40-55 watts. No issues really with the setup except for one thing, I feel like I'm filling this thing up every 10 minutes.

Obviously an exaggeration but it doesn't hold but 3 ml. I've got 4 coils now and 5 on the way, so I won't be getting rid of the Baby.

Any suggestions on either how to live with the small tank (won't be hitting less, know that) or suggestions on something very much like it but bigger, preferably using the same coils?

I've looked at some of Smoks other tanks and the NRG that's supposed to be mated with the Revenger in a little, but don't want to waste money. My wife supports vaping but isn't a fan of the Vape Shop, says I spend too much when I go there.

Thanks in advance.

Well, put it this way, one of my friends runs a vape shop, and he said "yes, smok tanks are our best friend"... yes, they are known for going through juice at an alarming rate... quite a good thing for the juice companies. :)

The solution, is to either get a bigger tank so you don't have to refill so often, or get something that doesn't produce as much vapor and use less juice. If you're out for just clouds, then smok is the way to go. They offer good flavor, great clouds, but go through plenty of juice. Many of us have went the flavor chasing route, where we lower the clouds, but still maximize flavor. We just don't fog out our room doing so. :)

Another way to save money, is to go DIY for juice and hardware. I do both, and I average probably $10/month out of necessity, but shinyitis usually ups that number a bit. :) Buying online is also a big money saver, but you lose out on the experience from a vape shop, and have to go by your own knowledge, and research on particular tanks. Being a few months behind the current tech/fad is also a good suggestion... let the others find the problem tanks while you vape the tried and true stuff. You won't impress anyone else but your tanks won't leak and your mods will still work. :)

Those are just my suggestions

If the only issue you are having is refilling, I think the BBB is a no-brainer. :)

With that being said, I second looking into (when you are ready) building coils and/or DIY juice. I find DIY juice easier, and enjoy drop in coils and the ease of doing that, though I'm going to be there are people on this forum who can build, wick and install a coil in the time it takes me to change one and prime it, honestly, though some people find the reverse to be true, coilbuilding is easier/less time consuming than juices....

Good luck with your new (maybe?) tank! :)

Like someone said above the big baby has a bigger tank and uses the same coil.
Personally i use the rba section that came with it but you refill it even more so i doubt you'd like it.
Best tank (flavor and duration wise) i've used has to be the Fat Scylla by freemax. I have a coil that's from last month in that thing and it's still going XD has about 4ml of capacity but i refill it about once per day with a .5 coil and the taste is amazing. Thing to keep in mind though is the lower the 0hms of your coils the more juice it's more likely to consume.

Thank you for the replies and info.

Kinda thought sticking with Smok was probably the best bet. I've researched the Big Baby and may go by the Vape Shop to check out. I'd like to buy it there but their mark up is a bit much. I understand it and support them, but I've seen it much cheaper online.

I am considering RDAs, nice to know there's one for the Beast. Being as new as I am I need to get my legs under me a bit more before attempting it though.

I like clouds, but only at home. Trying to be considerate of others when out and about. I've found cutting air flow a bit and smaller draw gets me through in those situations.

I myself am using the rba section for the big baby and using it exclusively at home, mostly because it chucks clouds big enough to think it's gonna rain :p When i'm out and about i use other tanks or a mtl one if i have one.

Thought about using a smaller tank for my higher nicotine juices and the bigger for lower. Thought maybe out and about I would need fewer hits.

I am a little nervous building my own coils. It's screwing up and ruining my MOD that scares me the most. I just have to know all I can to ease my mind, or I'll be a nervous wreck using what I build.

Is it wrapping a coil or installing a coil that you are nervous about? With the right tools, it can be pretty simple. I used to wrap my own coils, but they are fairly cheap now for pre-made coils that you can just install and cut the excess legs off of. Wicking may or may not take a some practice to get it down to the way you like. In the long run building and wicking ends up being cheaper on the wallet. I have used the same coil in my RTA for 3 weeks and all I do is change out the cotton wicking every few days to a week.

Wicking really is what I'm worried about. Have read a lot about wrapping, seems fairly straightforward. Most stuff I've read just glossed over wicking. I just need to research more I suppose.
Since the baby rba comes with coils pre installed i only had to whick it. Didn't manage to get a perfect whick first try but it's more than vapable, my only issue with the current whick i've done is that it pops alot due to the fact there's most likely not enough cotton in the coils themselves so they drip below. It's a bit trial and errors but i can't lie it was kinda fun even though i have shaky hands :p

I just got a great suggestion about leaking/wicking for my RTAs... I did leak almost an entire tank on my first try, and my mod wasn't ruined, but most of the leaking went down through the sleeve so when I figured it out my copper Steampunk had turned green in some places, a patina as it were. Came off easy with rubbing ETOH. Someone offered me the great suggestion of doing ALL the building and testing of the tank on my mini ohms reader that came with my coilbuilder's kit, I got it fairly cheaply on Amazon. I had been building on it (sans battery, thanks) testing it, then wicking it, as it was a stable base and I have slight tremors.... I got the suggestion to actually fill the well with juice and test out the mod using the ohms reader so I'd figure out how my wick was doing/test out leaking issues. I thought it was a great suggestion, as one of those won't be ruined, any leaks will be easily caught, etc., and an ohms reader is a lot less expensive/beloved to me than my Steampunk Tesla mod.

Wicking takes some practice to get right, and it's such a mess when I've gotten something all ready to fire, and it just leeeaaakkkks.... A coilmaster kit is a useful thing to have (for me) as I have some issues with wrapping, also.

Well I just ordered the Big Baby Beast. In hindsight seems to have been a dumb question. Sorry bout that :)

Nah, not a dumb question. I think you will be happy with it. You don't have to use the RBA section right away, but keep it until you are ready to play with it.

So just an FYI, the RBA section is taller than their standard coils. So they have included a glass tank that is taller to accommodate. So you will have the installed glass, an extra one, and one more that is specifically for the RBA section.

Agree BBB a solid tank, have 5 of them ;). I do always leave home with a little 10ml squeeze bottle of juice in my pocket none the less.

5!? Wow.
Had to beg wife for the $33 for mine. Usually not an issue but dropped quite a bit on my MOD/coils/juice/batteries the other day.

I like my Vape shop but the markup hurts. I gotta support them some though. Shockingly spend $85 on my Revenger without a tank.
I've seen whole kits online for $64.

They're like all others, small mom & pop. I will spend more now and then to support them. Just couldn't justify $43 for the BBB in a color I didn't want.

Well 5 so far. One I purchased in black as a backup when I got my first Stick V8. 10 days later got my first GX2/4. While both my two Stick v8s are now with a friend who's 10 days behind me off stinkies have four different colored GX2/4's currently with a fifth on the way. When it arrives I'll have 6 BBB attys.

My first Stick V8 purchased local. All the rest of the mods purchased via the 'net for obvious $ reasons. Compared to what I used to spend on stinkies even including 16 18650 batteries, 2 battery chargers, the 5 GX2/4 mods and juice haven't spent much more than I would have on stinkies. And going forward will be far less.

I have 1 BBB and 2 BB. I bought 1 BB, then a month later, I got another one for convenience of swapping out flavors. I do refreshing fruits as well as desserts and they don't mix well together, so I got a tank each for them. Then I wanted one with an RBA, so I picked up the BBB. Then after than I picked up the Serpent SMM and the Govad RDA's which both are my daily drivers. My BBB is a backup, and the BB's are backups to that.

I'm on day 6 of quitting. Cigs here are $4.88 a pack and I could easily do 1 1/2 a day. So right now I'm in the hole as far as saving money but it'll pay off in the end. Plus I feel much better.

Other than juice I only have plans for another pair of batteries. May get them at the shop, afraid of getting fakes. Bought my charger off Amazon, saved some there.
