I was wondering what chance a lawer would have against Health Canada. My thought (actually more of a brain fart) goes like this. If cigarettes are proven to cause cancer, among other things and e-cigs are a new product that has less cancer causing agents in it, would it not be criminal to willfully withhold this from people? in a sence without the e-cig being available. people who have tried quiting with the available products would have to smoke which will lead to their deaths. Is this not a form of voluntary manslaughter? Maybe I've been awake way too long. but as I ponder this in my pv insomnia state of mind it does seem plausible. any thoughts
