wow ego passthru for $20, thats what it is with the 20% discount code, ima have to pick 1 up i think

+1. It's the next best thing to sliced bread.

Got my ego passthrough a while back from HeavenGifts for about 25, along with other stuff. Really awesome if you're near usb ports a lot. Between my pc at home, pc at the office, and usb adapter in the car... I was sitting on the couch one night & realized I'd been constantly using the same battery for 4 days straight! Just have a usb 2.0 to mini cable at every location... plug it in "when available", and it's usually at or near a full charge. When I unplug, I know I've got at least 6 hours before I even have to start thinking about the 900mah backup in my pocket.

It's battery-drainer's bliss :)

Edit: P.S., can't believe I haven't lost the endcap yet...

and an adapter so that it will fit the 510 charger. I just got my ego and adapter yesterday and I LOVE the long life compared to the 510! I got the adapter for $4.

Why would you need an adapter?

I understood that you needed an eGo charger for an eGo as the 510 charger isn't powerful enough and will take a very long time to charge eGos.

Please enlighten me as to what the adapter does.

Thanks in advance. :).

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. But I will just have to suffer through with these two until more funds come in. It is hell being self employed when things get slow.....lol. I was just hoping there might be something I could do to get a better charge out of these mega batteries. When they are dead it seems like they only charge for about an hour and the light on the charger turns green. I just thought maybe they were not getting fully charged or something.

Are you using LR attys or anything that might be draining the batteries?

If price is a concern, you can make a 14500 box mod for under $30 including LR atty, battery and charger. It will outlast and outperform an ego, and the batteries are much cheaper to replace when they finally go bad. I've made half a dozen of these for co-workers who were interested in switching to vaping. It's cheaper and better than a 510 starter kit or even an ego, and a 14500 will last most people all day.

I stopped using my 510 wall charger for this very reason. I get a better charge out of my usb charger that came with my Smoketip. It's a universal e cig charger I guess. I use it for 808's, 901's and my 510's. I still only get about 1.5 to 2hrs per charge out of the 510 batteries. That's just how they are.

Some chargers have a hole that is the diameter of a 510 battery, the adapter is just an extension to allow you to screw in a larger battery (ego)
As far as needing an ego charger, you don't need one but you are correct in that it will take longer to charge with a 510 charger.

I guess I am going to have to order an EGO. My little M403 should not produce double the vapor as my 510. The batteries suck and I am getting very little vapor. In case you have not figured it out, I don't like this 510 set up. Maybe I will just buy another M403 so I will have 2 batteries. I've had it for over a month with one battery and one atty and it blows my 2 510's away and only had them for 2 weeks.

Now that is a good tip, thank you! I have a friend who chose the 510 over the ego/riva because she wanted something small and discreet for work, but I bet she would love to have an Ego battery for non-working hours, and without having to buy a whole new kit!

LOL, I lost mine once but quickly found it, so it was only temporarily misplaced. :)

But, yes, BEST thing I've bought since starting to vape, next to BWB's malty-toffee liquid. I have the original Janty plus a backup (uh, vapors-paranoia) I bought from Rob, and love them.
