Ceramics are bound to get gunked, and you can't clean em.
Unless the uniform and non violent heating they yield, coupled with great wicking, will prevent the formation of gunk.
I remember some years ago a few people here were trying some ceramic resistances they ordered from china and they weren't that good, then I lost track of the
thread.
For sure, such atomizers are bound to be "disposable", as in, non repairable by your average user, so there is a costant requirement for them, unlike regular/repairable atties, which can be fixed by the user on his own.
