mech mod battery question

Also not to be a complete noob, a few of you mentioned it comes with a "hybrid". Now If by that you man rda I am getting the holy grail rda. Not sure if that is a hybrid or not

No they mean the "hybrid" top cap interface.

It does not have a regular 510 threaded interface with a positive center pin.

It is a dangerous design if you don't know what you're doing; people who don't know better will just screw on your typical tank or rda and short out the battery

Here's a more regular mech mod, showing the top cap; there's a 510 interface to the topper, and a center pin contacts the battery; you can see the center pin in the pic

Now the Poldiac has a hybrid topcap, but the topper does not go directly onto the battery where it can short out;
instead the topper contacts a center pin of the topswitch module of the poldiac.
This is a mech I would recommend for a first mech.
