I'm currently in the middle of designing my own mechanical battery mod. Though, I'm not too good with electric conductivity work, and got a few questions for you veterans out there.
1. if the positive connector is separated by silicone plastic from the rest of the aluminum / copper / stainless steel casing (the battery tube) it would prevent voltage drop?
2. in your opinion which would be a better material to be use for the positive post, brass or metal magnets?
3. how big of the role does the negative connector plays? does it matter what kind of metal material i use as long as it conducts?
Thanks in advance. And I apologize if I posted in the wrong section of the forum.
