Mechanical pencil or pen mod

Is it possible to have an ecig look like a mechanical pencil or pen? I think that a mechanical pencil would be easier to modify, and still be useable as it's original intention. I just noticed that my 510 is a similar size to a mechanical pencil...and having one modded would make things easier for stealthing in public. Just a thought.
