It is not hard.. Take your time and watch the video several times, if needed. Should probably take you about 15 minutes to do it.

Just an aside for those trying to figure out which atty post is pos and neg put your volt tester on each post if it shows - before the number the black wire is pos if nothing in front of the volts then red is positive.

Ancient puffer. Did you measure under load? I.e.with an atomizer and coil installed? If not then thats why you didn't see a voltage drop. Connect your meter to the positive and negative posts in the atomizer with a cool installed
