I'm pretty sure that this batch is not all there are, probably just as many as rob will be able to mail out in the next few days, I'm sure once he's caught up with shipping he'll list more on the site, don't think these are going to completely sell out and become not available at all but shipping out a few hundred kits has got to take time, rob probably doesn't want to get backed up with shipping so only released a few hundred initially is my guess
And.....they're gone.
He posted they were available at 3:00, gone at 5:45. Good thing it was a partial shipment, or he'd have been up all night packing up SO kits, and fitting them to existing (in stock) grands, in between waves of orders. I already had a "regular ohm" rebuild kit, so I only ordered enough for my 4 grands. My guess is the mini's will be up as soon as he gets the rest of his shipment.
I didn't get a woodvil, but I *did* get the SO kit
Since these are supposed to work with the Sony 30amp flat tops, I may replace my AW's with the Sony's....that is, if their perfomance ever degrades. I only have 15 of them, some of them from 2011 LOL

FYI: I just talked to Rob,
The supplier shorted him on the springs on this shipment. He will post more complete kits when he receives the remainder of the order.
Being this is Easter weekend when he called it went to voicemail so he will contact them on Monday to find out when he will be receiving the balance of the order.
I am sure Rob will update everyone as he get more info.

All the mods on the site if everything goes as planed will be upgraded with the new kits as well . I will have mini kits to .
My hands are tied without the springs there is nothing I can do . I have a whole bench of mods built with everything but the sub ohm springs .
All the mods even the mini mods you see on the site are upgraded with the gold positive contacts and the high heat button .

The new kits will have the center post . You can remove the female end without snapping it off . I use to use liquid solder on the older mods and it made it really hard to remove them . I will make a new video asap

Hope he explains how to solder the woodvil...
It's simple if you've ever soldered. look at the top of the on/off switch. You will see that a pin from the switch goes through a hole in the bottom of the spring plate and has a drop of solder on it to hold it.
i'm going to buy a kit for the firing pin but I have a fuse mod in since before I got my efest flat tops(65mm)
I saw a pic of someones efest with a tightish spring, will the new spring be the same or can we cut it or something??
(incase springs are same)I know the main gain is from the pin side but is the spring side gain likely to be the same as a fuse mod??
im just trying to think this out before hand
